FROZEN MUSHROOMS

After selection  and classification, mushrooms are cleaned from forest soil and then frozen on the temperature of -40 degrees. After freezing, they are sorted on the temperature of -20 degrees, where they remain until delivery. Mushroom processed in this manner is Boletus, either whole or cut into slices.

Boletus is packed in plastic foil and cardboard boxes. The process of preparation is almost the same for fresh mushrooms with the important difference that you can get frozen mushrooms during the entire year.
