Freshly picked mushrooms are transported from mountain forests in the shortest possible time period to the plant, where they are sorted by size and quality and stored in cooling chambers until the time of delivery to the buyers.
Different mushroom types which can be delivered to a buyer in this way are Porcini, Chanterelle and Black Trumpet.
Mushrooms are packed in wooden crates. Then, they are delivered by trucks equipped with cooling devices or by airplane. Such mushrooms can be taken directly to food markets, where they attract customers with their smell.
